Elham is very personable, patient, and non-judgmental. I explained my needs during the initial interview and she kept the mood light and allowed me to express my concerns and questions without interruption. She even advised me that I may not need her services, and offered to show me how to file my paperwork by myself. I was thankful for the offer, but did choose to continue with her services for added support. Elham's office is great with communication and I was alerted immediately when there were changes in the status of my application. I never once felt disconnected or worried that I had been forgotten. If the need ever arises again, I will definitely be coming back to this law firm.
