To ensure an efficient and smooth progression through the immigration process, we ask for our clients’ thorough engagement with the following guidelines. Your careful review and collaboration are crucial for a prompt and successful advancement.
1. Document Submission: Clients are asked to scan and email all documents specified in the checklist provided to them in a single email with PDF attachments. This approach has proven to be the most efficient for document submission.
2. Questionnaire Completion: Clients should complete the provided questionnaire as accurately as possible. Upon reviewing the forms and verifying their accuracy, we will update them based on the documents provided and email them back to the client for review and confirmation.
3. Application Cover Letter: Upon receiving and reviewing all necessary documents, we will commence drafting the application cover letter. The completion of this letter is dependent on having received all pertinent documents, which are vital for its finalization. We also verify the accuracy of references to supporting documents.
4. Review and Revisions: Once the client receives the initial draft of the forms via email, they will have one opportunity to offer comments or suggest modifications directly on the document using Track Changes/comments. Based on the client’s feedback, we will make the required revisions and include the exhibit index.
5. Filing the Case: After all documents are received from the client, we will organize the exhibits and aim to file the case within 10-15 business days. The client is responsible for providing all necessary documents to allow our team to efficiently prepare the package. Should the client fail to submit any required document, they will face the consequences and will be held responsible for any delays or complications that arise.
6. Receipt Notice: Clients will receive a hard copy of the receipt notice within 7-45 business days after filing. This document enables clients to track their case status on the USCIS website at https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus.
